welcome to crockerpark!
last time we were around it was fun and even at the end it was enjoyable. things went down and us mods became busy. now it's time to shake things up a bit and re-open!. just like last time, crocker park is a fictional town located on the outskirts of charleston, sc.
we still require ic user names with no numbers or excessive extra letters and underscores. we will accept one extra letter and one underscore. we're doing this because we want to keep things neat but understand there are folks that need an underscore or their ocd kicks in.
we are now allowing you to choose between examples or a first entry. we tried to do this before but somewhere along the lines our communication failed. we don't expect a huge bio but something to both tell us about your character and to show us that you can string a sentence together. we're not perfect and we don't expect you to be either.
we accept both scenes & entries as proof of activity. we ask that your scenes be at a minimum of three replies per participant and that entries be at least 250 words. that's not that hard to pull off and we know you can do it. activity checks will be done mid-monthly where you will have four days to reply or you will be considered dead weight. once a month you will do an actual activity check to see if you are writing your entries and doing your scenes.
the normal rules of rp apply here you know the ones: no ooc/ic crossing, pregnancies last nine months, do not cross streams and do not feed a gremlin after midnight. we will be enforcing anew one strike and you're out rule. that means you get one warning but if you fudge up the same way again - you're out of here. we want to create a fun environment for everyone to play peacefully. we don't want issues with anons and we don't want issues within the community that can not be solved.
we plan on having a points system which will reward you for posting in the sub comms, replying to introductions and pimping in ~pbads. we don't want you annoying people in ~pbads just pimp. we will not be having secrets or gossip until we can determine how you are our members will react to them. we will always be open to new ideas for activities.
